Historical Hoover Neighborhood in Fresno, CA is a place where you can find old-fashioned charm and character. It’s one of the first neighborhoods to be developed in Fresno and offers an eclectic mix of historical buildings, homes, schools, parks and churches that have been preserved for decades. With two major universities nearby as well as top restaurants like Hoover’s Table & Tap House serving up delicious dishes with locally sourced ingredients or Hoover Coffee House which serves a variety of coffees from around the world – there are many reasons why Hoover is such a great neighborhood!
The most important buildings in the Hoover neighborhood are Hoover Tower and Hoover Library. Hoover Tower is located in Fulton Park, the main park of Fresno’s Hoover neighborhood. It was built by a local businessman who wanted to honor Herbert Hoover – our country’s 31st president and one of Fresno’s most famous residents!
